Color Inspiration Challenge Combination #1
Kiwi and Teal
Two months ago I bought new brand new stamps from The Stamping Studio. It was so neat to see new the doodles. Every time I read magazines and see the pictures of varies stamps with doodle. It is time for something different. It happened when I went to Michaels’ store and was looking something with ribbons. I saw ribbons with beautiful colors and I bought them. Last weekend I decided that it is time for me to challenge myself with colors. My card came out so beautiful with all of its colors. What can I say? So I decided to add my blog and call it “Color Inspiration Challenge Combination” to be displayed every Monday on my blog.
I trimmed Kiwi to 4 ¼” x 11” and folded it in half for the making of a card.
I stamped the Petal Power with Lime Pastel ink on the white cardstock paper until it is completely covered. I trimmed ¼” smaller then the teal cardstock paper and adhesive it in place.
I stamped Scroll Doodles with gem ink on the white then again until completely covered. I trimmed the smaller than petal power background and again adhesive it on another teal cardstock paper, I trimmed it about ¼” smaller. I used a few pop dots behind the teal and place on the petal power background, I then decorated the small green flowers on Scroll Doodles background then I glued clear rhinestones on middle of the small green flowers until it dried.
I stamped soft butterflies with black ink on one of each color kiwi and teal and cut out the butterflies. I trimmed a small piece from black pop dot and placed it in the middle of butterflies and placed on the Scroll Doodles background.
